2 minutes more expensive is the starting value for the green invoices power in May relative to April.
According to a report by ERTnews, the green invoice algorithm attributes the paradoxical evolution of May’s electricity charges. A kilowatt is expensive against April even though the wholesale price is 16% lower.
In the cheapest green the charge is 13.6 minutes from 11.6 that was last month:

May started with a new fall on the Energy Stock Exchange. Negative values were first recorded. From 11pm until 5pm, the producers, instead of being paid for every megawatt in the system, had to pay.
The reason, on the one hand, is overproduced by RES in Greece, Bulgaria, Romania and reduced consumption due to May Day.
