The new service “Electronic Application Service for Clearance, each year, and a refund of unnecessary amount of PORO E-EFKA, Peen of the Supreme Annual Order” is available exclusively to employed pensioners, through www.efka.gov.gr – online services.
The route is: Electronic Services: – Pensioners – Employees. The application is accessed with Taxisnet codes and AMKA statement.
Procedure / Conditions:
- It is not required to submit supporting documents or the physical presence to the E-EFKA services, as the required information is automatically drawn through interoperability.
- Applications will be linked to the insurance data of the submitted analytical periodic statements (DPAs), wage periods, in the first phase of 2024 (in accordance with circulars 7/2024 and 11/2024).
- The amounts will be cleared and refunded on a periodic basis, using automated computer rules.
- The amounts of the unnecessary amounts paid in favor of E-EFKA, which exceeds the each annual maximum limit, will be refunded to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries, after set-offs with any certified debts to E-EFKA.
