A “groundbreaking pregnancy” was announced yesterday (25/10/2025) by its prime minister Albania, Eddie Ramaand it concerns Diella, his first AI minister.
Diela is “pregnant” and expected to “give birth” to 83 AI “children”, one for each member of parliament of the Socialist Party of Albania, as announced by Edi Rama speaking at the Global Dialogue (BGD) in Berlin, Germany.
“We took a big risk today with Diella here and we did really well. So, for the first time, Diela is pregnant with 83 children,” the Albanian prime minister said, explaining that the “children,” or assistants, would record all parliamentary proceedings and inform MPs of any debates or events they were unable to attend.
“Each one… shall serve as an assistant to those attending parliamentary meetings and shall keep a record of all that occurs and shall nominate members of parliament. These children will know their mother,” he said.
He even predicts that the system will be fully operational by the end of 2026.

It is recalled that last September, Albania officially appointed a minister powered by artificial intelligence to ensure that the country’s public procurement framework operates in full transparency and without corruption.
First, in January, the Albanian Minister of Artificial Intelligence presented her position as a virtual assistant on the e-Albania portal, helping citizens and businesses to obtain government documents.
Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama said that the country’s AI anti-corruption minister, Diella, is “pregnant.”
He added that she will “soon give birth to 83 AI children.”
