By all means, the excursors leave cities for the province to spend the days of Easter in their special homes, as today on Good Friday (18.4.2025) the exit for the Easter. The ships are leaving the ports of Attica, while emergency routes are scheduled for KTEL.
The Athenians who choose to leave the closed city with their cars will have to be patiently armed and wisely selected at the time of departure, as there are long queues at peak hours on Athens Avenue and Athens National. Traditionally the traffic on Good Friday begins at noon.
The last 48 hours have passed from the Elefsina and Afidnes tolls more than 200,000 vehicles.
In the three ports of Attica 32 ships depart today on Good Friday for Cyclades, Argosaronic, Crete and Dodecanese. 15 routes from Piraeus, Rafina and Lavrio are scheduled for M. Saturday.
Shortly after nine at the port of Piraeus, there was a tail formed outside the ship, which was to depart for Chania. A similar situation also prevailed outside the ship that would depart for the Cyclades (Tinos – Mykonos – Paros) at 10pm.
There are many who choose the KTELs to leave Athens, and extraordinary itineraries have been added mainly to Thessaloniki and Peloponnese where passenger traffic is increased.
