Education stores were defined by Department of Education and Development In direct cooperation with the Sales Directorate and the Group of Coordinators of the Department.
The educational program was designed to provide participants with integrated theoretical and practical training.

Workers from shops in Thessaloniki, Athens, Giannitsa, Katerini, Larissa, Ioannina participated in the circle and the rest of the areas followed.
