Another big step towards full digital transformation of social security It was held today (16.9.25), with the presentation of the new Dashboard – MyEFKA service by its commander e-EFKADr. Alexander Varveris, in the presence of the Minister of Labor and Social Security Niki Kerameos.
With E-EFKA’s new digital insurance profile, all critical citizen information is gathered in a single, easy-to-use and safe platform. Social security is now gaining a tool of transparency, speed and simplifying processes, signaling another step towards modernization and the new digital age of insurance.
The Minister of Labor and Social Security, Niki Kerameos, said: “In the last six years, coordinated efforts have been made to fully transform and modernize the E-EFKA, with the aim of effectively improving the daily life of the citizen. And you see this in different areas. By accelerating the award of main pensions, auxiliaries, the EFPAX, the international coke, the common constituent in all these efforts is that we can make the citizen’s life better. This new application brings together all the basic functions of E-EFKA, facilitating access to services such as insurance history, payments and certificates. I would like to express my warm thanks to the administration and employees of the body for their key contribution to the creation and implementation of this innovative application. “
The Commander of E-EFKA, Dr. Alexander Varveris noted: “With the Dashboard-MyEefka and the MyEfkamobile app, E-EFKA is going through a new era. Citizens acquire a powerful tool that allows them to have a complete picture and control of their insurance data at any time, anywhere. It is a project that enhances trust in public administration and marks the passage of social security to the new digital reality of our country. “
Entrance to Dashboard is carried out through the renewed E-EFKA website (www.efka.gov.gr) using Taxisnet personal codes and confirmation of an OTP code, ensuring strict security and protection of personal data.
For the first time, each insured person can have a complete picture of his or her insurance history, update his / her information, issue certificates and monitor applications and benefits with only a few “clicks”.
With Dashboard – MyEfka, citizens have the opportunity, among other things:
- To gain direct access to their full insurance history and all relevant certificates.
- Be informed in real time on the course of their applications and requests.
- Issue and print immediate insurance certificates.
- Submit applications for benefits, benefits or modifications of data through simplified procedures.
- Monitor their contributions, arrears and pay them through the Iris platform.
- Have direct access to pension notes and disability data where necessary.
Also the new MyEfkamobile app, available on App Store and Google Play, with all the Dashboard features tailored to their mobile or tablet screen.
The new platform is part of the four strategic initiatives for the digital modernization of the body, implemented by the leadership of the Ministry of Labor in collaboration with the E-EFKA administration. These initiatives include: upgrading KEPA, digitization of archival material, Dashboard and the new integrated information system, which is expected to be fully operational in 2026.
With today’s initiative, E-EFKA confirms his role as a pioneer in the digital modernization of the state, proving that technology can become an ally of the citizen and transparency.
