A fighter aircraft crashed on Friday (21.11.2025) at Dubai and engulfed in flames during an air show, as part of the Dubai Air Show, with emergency crews immediately rushing to the scene. The pilot is dead and an investigation has been launched into the incident.
India’s HAL Tejas crashed around 2:10 p.m. local time, while performing a flight demonstration in front of a crowd of spectators. Video captures the moment the aircraft dives, causing a huge cloud of fire and smoke.

The show was canceled and visitors were ushered back into the exhibition space.
The incident happened on the last day of the Dubai Airshow. The Indian fighter jet Tejas was performing an impressive air show when at some point the pilot seems to miscalculate during a maneuver, causing the Tejas to lose control and crash into the ground.

The Indian Air Force has confirmed that the pilot is dead and that an investigation is underway into the incident.
