The summit between US President Donald Trump and the Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin for the War in Ukraine began at Alaska’s military base shortly after 11.26 local time (22.26 hours of Greece).
The two leaders, accompanied by their advisers, sat next to each other in front of an inscription on a blue background that read “Looking for Peace”.
The two leaders did not make statements to the press nor received questions.
The Russian president is accompanied by Russian diplomat leader Sergei Lavrov and his diplomatic adviser Yuri Usakov.
The US president is accompanied by US diplomat leader Marco Rubio and his special envoy to Russia Steve Whitkov.

Zelenski accuses Russia of continuing to “kill” in his country and before the Alaska Summit
Ukraine President Volodimir Zelenski said today that Russia is still attacking Ukraine ahead of the summit between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin, but her attempt to show power by launching a new attack on the east.
