The progress recorded in the field of digital health was presented by Thessaly by the Deputy Minister of Digital Governance, Dimitris Papastergiou At a conference in Larissa on “Digital Health in Practice – Innovation, Interoperability and Reform in Health Care», Organized at the initiative of the Laboratory of Medical Informatics and Biomedical Imaging of the Department of Medicine of the University of Thessaly and the 5th Health Region of Thessaly & Central Greece.

The event is under the auspices of the Department of Medicine of the University of Thessaly and aims to highlight the prospects and challenges of digital transformation in health, with an emphasis on both national policies and applications of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Digital Governance and the Ministry Innovation, as well as in the role of the pharmaceutical industry and social actors.
