Demonstrations were made in more than 60 citiesamong which were Cologne and Hamburgafter the call of the collective Zusammen Gegen Rechts (“Together against the Right”).

In Berlin, at the Brandenburg Gate, more than 7,000 people had gathered at noon, according to the organizers – 3,000, according to police.
“All together against fascism,” they shouted, holding flags in the colors of the rainbow and placard with slogans against the party, which received 20% in the last parliamentary elections.
A few days before Chancellor Friedrich Mertz was elected, the Internal Information Service described the AFD as an “extremist” right -wing organization that may be a danger to the democratic order.
