Deified by Karanikas in 1566 – “You have a benevolent disposition, rare for the Left” replied Adonis Georgiadis

The recent one start of operation in 1566of the free telephone service for appointments and service in the field of Health, says Mr Nikos Karanikas. In his post on social media, he points out the great value of the service, which frees citizens from the costs of private companies, which, he says, were exploiting citizens’ need for appointments with fees.

His former partner Alexis Tsipras emphasizes that 1566 is a service that “serves the people” and operates at no cost to citizens, something that has been neglected until now. However, he wonders why this popular service was not implemented earlier and reports that, despite the country’s exit from the memorandums in 2018, citizens continued to pay for the same services through private companies.

I needed to ask a question and make an appointment and I was not required to pay the ravens of the private five-figure service companies who were getting rich at my expense as well as at the expense of the people.
This exploitation and mockery of the people has existed until today.
My question and objection:

Why was this popular measure not done for so many years?
I looked to see if there was any commitment to us from some memorandum but I didn’t understand anything like that.
If there is, please tell me so that I can sincerely apologize.
But even if there was a commitment, it would obviously have existed until May 2018 when Tsipras took us out of the memorandums and put us back on the market.
Since 2018 when the memorandum expired why did we have to pay the private companies to make an appointment?

In his post, the Adonis Georgiadis publicly admits that he had fallen for Nikos Karanikas, describing him as one of the most capable and honest associates of former Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras. Despite their ideological disagreements, he notes that he enjoys discussions with him, as Nikos Karanikas always has – as he points out – arguments and a benevolent disposition.
