After a year of operation, the new version of the application is available free of charge with the aim of more efficient and faster conjugation of supply and demand to cover the jobs available in this critical sector of the economy. After a year of operation, after evaluating the proposals and ideas submitted by users, the DBA offers the new upgraded Jobmatch 2.0 for citizens looking for a job and at the same time activating a similar application for businesses, the Jobmatch Business 2.0, making it even easier to make their work available even easier and easier to resist the business. workers.
The two applications are even more user -friendly and functional for users through a series of improvements, such as:
- Reduce the required steps to match (matching)
- Ability to choose coupling proposals from both businesses and prospective employees
- Ability to interview (online) interviews
- Improved update by email and notifications (notifications)
- Easier location choice.
- During the first year of operation, 2,695 companies and 19,143 citizens were enrolled in Jobmatch, 9,408 (49%) of which were unemployed, more than 13,700 seats were offered, 33,016 matches were performed and 9,342 interviews were conducted without any mediation.
