The step -by -step process
- Application from the business
- Indicated unemployed by DBA labor consultants
- The business selects the appropriate candidate
- Before hiring, the unemployed is watching an 80 -hour training program (office employee or seller)
- Upon completion and certification, it receives 400 € training allowance.
