Voucher up to 750 euros grants the DEPA to 170,000 workers And the unemployed as it has begun on Monday (14.7.2025) to submit applications for the new upgrading and re -establishment program, with emphasis on digital, green and economic literacy skills.
The DBA program is aimed at private employees with an active contract and the unemployed. The platform that opened on Monday due to many visits “fell”, thus depriving thousands of beneficiaries to claim the allowance, but was again in operation late Tuesday night (15.7.2025).
The program enables private sector workers and unemployed to participate in theoretical training programs from 80 to 150 hours (remotely), depending on the specialty they choose. Upon completion of the training, participants will obtain certification of knowledge and skills in accordance with international standards (ISO/IEC 17024) or through recognized product certificates.
Beneficiaries will receive an educational allowance ranging from 400 to 750 euros, with a correspondence of 5 euros per training hour. The allowance is paid only if the training and certification process is successfully completed.
The basic conditions for the participation of private sector employees are specific. Interested parties must:
- Be over 18 years of age
- Be graduates of at least compulsory education
- To work in the private sector or to be registered unemployed
- Have not participated in a corresponding program in the past
Application process
- Log in to the relevant platform with personal taxisnet codes:

- Complete your details and attach the supporting documents.
- Submit your application. Upon completion you automatically get a KAF Number (Participation Protocol).
- Update the training body you selected (eg KDBM or EKEK) by declaring your HUMAN.
- Wait for instructions (email, sms, viber) from the body to start training and the next steps.
