Cenergy Holdings announces that Corinth Pipelines, Branch tube steel, took over a series of contracts from Snam to Italy For the construction and supply of more than 180 kilometers of pipeline, as part of the Adriatica project, a critical energy infrastructure that is expected to significantly boost the country’s natural gas network.
The Adriatica pipeline is one of the most strategic gas transfer projects to Italy and the largest launched in the last decade. Conventions include HSAW (Helical Submerged Arc Welding) pipes 48 -inch, as well as LSAW (Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welding) diameter tubes, 56 -inch diameter, L450ME quality steel, certified for safe transport of up to 100% hydrogen.

The Certification Program for the Adriatica pipeline is based on the proven know -how of Corinth Pipelines in the production of pipes suitable for hydrogen transport, as well as on state -of -the -art testing facilities of the company, which allow specialized controls under real high pressure conditions.
This full test program incorporates the latest scientific and technological developments, exceeding the requirements of the ASME B31.12 International Certification.
Includes advanced methodologies, such as rising -il elastoplasty tests and Slow Strain Rate Tensile Testing. Through the application of innovative technologies, the pipes produced today and incorporated into the existing gas network are designed to support the transition to a more viable and differentiated energy future.
