Challenges and strategic goals

This effort, as the Chamber estimates, must be based on five strategic pillars: Strengthening productivity and extroversion, promoting green and digital transition, mobilizing investment in strategic sectors, closer interconnection of education with the labor market, and reconstruction of the state as a staff member of development.

Policy proposals for the new model

The EBEA memorandum analyzes the policy proposals on critical axes. To enhance competitiveness and extroversion, it is proposed to provide tax incentives for SME mergers and improve access to funding. Implementation of extroversion programs with emphasis on high -tech products is requested and the development of a national industrial energy plan with incentives for RES in industrial zones.

Regarding the effective public administration and the faster awarding justice, the EBEA stresses the need to promote e -Justice, the completion of the digital state and the enhancement of transparency.

Finally, the spatial and sectoral reorientation of production includes the development of new generation industrial parks, investment in logistics infrastructure, specialized sectoral business plans, investment in the primary sector and accelerating the country’s spatial and urban planning.
