At the same time, his groom and his mother were referred to the Three -Member Court of Appeals in Athens, in relation to the donations received by the “Other Man” structure, in support of his action, accused of setting up a gang and money laundering.
According to the Parliament, donations to social cuisine resulted in personal bank accounts, without control, and Konstantinos Polychronopoulos allegedly had a central role, re -depositing 550,000 euros in betting accounts, with significant amounts lost or cash.
The Council rejected the exemption prosecution proposal, noting that behind charity there was a purpose of personal benefit through misleading citizens.
