A 22 -year -old was arrested for their shooting in Cologneagainst a Turk and a police officer out of service that took place at noon on July 13 in a cafeteria in Cologne.

As for the history of the case, an unknown perpetrator invaded a cafeteria in Cologne and shot with a pistol at the expense of a Turk, Then, in his attempt to cover, he was in a fire and a police officer, outside the service, who was in the cafeteria.
The result of the attack was the injury of both men on the legs.
Police pre -trial and the proper use of information collected, the 22 -year -old and 34 -year -old, who is incarcerated in the country’s prisons, emerged. as a natural and moral perpetratorrespectively of the shots.
In this context, at noon on Thursday (17/7), the 22 -year -old was found to come out of an apartment building where he lives in downtown Athens. And he was arrested. From the research conducted at his home they were found and seized:
* Gun with 15 cartridges,
* 30 cartridges and magazines,
* mobile phone, 4 mobile connection packages, a SIM card and
* Paper Sheet with GPS Tracker Operation Instructions.
As noted by ELAS by the ballistic examination conducted by the Department of Firearms and Tools Laboratory of the Criminal Investigations Division, It was found that 4 cars and the shotgun seized as part of the autopsy in the cafeteria perpetrated by the armed attack were triggered by the seized gun.
The detainee was taken to the competent prosecutor’s office.
