“Unfortunately, there are victims,” Alexander Bogomaz, the Bryansk regional governor, said via a Telegram, without giving a more specific report on the victims than the collapse of the bridge in Russia.
On the bridge there were “cars and passenger train,” the official noted, while the first images made the world around the world through social media.
