Shock has caused the cold murder by Charlie Kerk on the night of Wednesday 10.09.2025 in his speech at the University of Utah USA.
The far -right activist and supporter of Donald Trump was assassinated while he was on stage, with his death dividing the world in the US and fears of a new wave of violence in response to his assassination.
According to FBI they have in their possession and the Rifle used and clean videos with the perpetrator.
Before tonight’s game we held a moment of silence in memoriam of Charlie Kirk.

A cycle of violence gets worse
The perpetrator has not yet been arrested with the authorities having launched anthropomorphic for his location, but the assassination of Tsarly Kerk is the freshest incident at a time when political disagreements have become a bitter hatred that divides the country, the CNN reports.
About a year earlier, and while Donald Trump was a candidate, an assassination attempt was made to him in Pennsylvania during his speech. This week the man who is accused of trying to kill him in a later incident in Florida began.
In June, the former Speaker of the House of Minnesota, Democratic Melissa Hortman, and her husband were murdered in their home in what the FBI described as a “horrible act of targeted violence” because of their political status. Minnesota Senator John Hoffman and his wife were also shot but survived. Another Democrat, Pennsylvania’s Governor Josh Sapiro, escaped with his family an attempt to arson in the Government in April.
American politics has a long history with murders, attacks and violence. But there is a feeling that things get worse.

National Security analyst Juliet Kayem told CNN: “Political violence has been liberated. We are no longer talking about individual attacks. It is done by both the left and the right. What we all need to understand is that a free society exists only when you can get into politics, as Charlie Kerk did, and talk without risking you dying. This is an attack not only in Kerk but also in the United States. “
The murder of Charlie Kerkit brings fears that violence will bring another violence than those who seek revenge, expanding an even deeper cycle of bloodshed.
As they believe, US President Donald Trump and other officials will be judged by their messages about their murder and attitude if they will keep this wave under control.
Donald Trump said, “This is a dark moment for America,” describing Kerk as “Witness of Truth and Freedom”.

Rage on social networks
Following the announcement of Kerk’s death, politicians from both parties gave condolences and demanded calm. But the well -known harsh rhetoric broke out very quickly.
In the Capitol, Republican MP Anna Paulina Luna shouted to the Democrats that “you caused this”.
Democratic MP Alexandria Okasio-Cortesses said Republicans should support gun measures to stop violence: “It is enough. From this murder, a political chaos can break out that we cannot afford. “
Cox called on the Americans “to stop hating each other” and added: “I can’t unite the country in words. We need leaders, but most of all we need every citizen to think about where we are and where we want to go. “
However, social networks were even immediately vulgar against the dead. Some leftists celebrated, while some rights were openly accused the Democrats by calling for revenge.

Political violence in America and the world
America has experienced many politicians’ murders: four presidents were murdered, others were shooting but survived. Martin Luther King and Robert Kennedy were killed in 1968. Later, Gabriel Giffords and Steve Scalis were seriously injured in attacks. Paul Pelosi, wife of Nancy Pelozi, was injured in an attack on their home.
Recently, United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson was assassinated in New York. The defendant was celebrated by some on social networks as a “hero”.
But other countries have seen similar violence: the murder of Shinzo Abe in Japan in 2022, Pim Fortine in the Netherlands, all Palme in Sweden, British MPs Joe Cox and David, and Israeli Prime Minister Yitz.
In the US, however, ease of access to weapons and deep political differences make the situation more dangerous, the CNN report stresses.
Whether the murder of Kerk will bring a new wave of violence depends on how Republicans and especially Trump will react. So far he is not known for his willingness to calm the spirits.
In his funeral, he even implied that he would respond with even tougher measures of “law and order”, aiming primarily to those who are turning against Republicans.

The time of the murder
Kerk, who was known for his speeches in campuses in all the US, was at Utah Valley University for the first of the many scheduled events in campuses.
Wearing a simple white short -sleeved t -shirt with the word “Freedom” and dark pants, sitting in a chair under a white scene with the blue and red colors of the American Comeback tour, he answered questions from an outdoor public.
Video showed that Kerk was discussing with a student about mass shots before he was killed.
“Do you know how many American transsexuals have been a perpetrators of mass shooting in the last 10 years?” Kirk wondered before answering: “Too many”.
Kerk wondered again: “Do you know how many mass executors have been in America for the last 10 years?” He replied: “Counting or not the violence of gangs?” before a shot is heard. These were his last words. Kerk collapsed in his chair seconds later.
