With the aim of substantially upgrading educational infrastructure in the area of Piraeusthe Attica Regional Governor, Nikos Chardaliassigned the act of integration, for the erection of New 7th Piraeus High Schoolin the Regional Program «Attica» 2021 – 2027. Beneficiary of the project, total budget over 5,940,000 euroswill be the “building infrastructure” SA. That is, the construction body of the Greek State.
Specifically, the school complex will be built on a plot of 1,286 square meters, located at the intersection of Milos, Aigaleo and Salamis, in the 5th Municipal Community of Piraeus – an area with increased needs for quality educational infrastructure.
The new 7th Piraeus Gymnasium will be nine -seater and will be developed on five levels (basement, ground floor, a ‘, 2nd and 3rd floor), offering contemporary and functional classrooms as well as specialized venues, such as design workshop, workshop workshop, workshop. The school’s administrative spaces are designed to facilitate the smooth operation of the school unit. One of the key points of the project is integration Infrastructure of full accessibility for the People with disabilities (Disabled), with special ramps and infrastructure that ensures equal training and comfort opportunities for all students and staff.

Project implementation duration is set from September 26 2025 to 31 December 2029which ensures the careful and comprehensive construction of infrastructure. The project is part of the region’s broader strategy to promote social cohesion and enhance infrastructure related to education, employment, health care and socio -economic integration.
