Chalandri: In serious condition the chef of the “Hide & Seek” restaurant after a gas bottle explosion

In serious condition is one of two workers injured after explosion Tuesday night (25.03.2025) at a restaurant at Chalandri.

The incident occurred in the restaurant kitchen ‘Hide & Seek’ in Chalandri probably from a gas bottle burst and two workers were taken to hospital wounds. One of them, the restaurant’s chef is in serious condition.

When the explosion took place, the site was immediately evacuated by the patrons, while the fire brigade intervention that reached 8 firefighters and 3 vehicles was decisive in order to extinguish the fire and avoid the worst.
