Cenergy Holdings announced today (11.9.2025) how the Hellenic Cablesits cable sector has undertaken by the Independent Electricity Transfer Manager (ADMIE) Contract for project with the “Turnkey” for the study, supply and installation of a system cable 150kv for the Igoumenitsa interconnection with Corfu.
The project that will be undertaken by Hellenic Cables includes the design, construction, installation, protection and position in operation of about 18 km of triple cables and 13 km underground monopolar cables. The 150KV submarine and basement system will further enhance credibility and increase the capacity of the Greek electricity transmission network.
The underwater cables will be produced at the Hellenic Cables facilities in Corinth, while the underground cables will be built at the land cable plant in Thebes. The project will be completed within 22 months of the signing of the contract.
