American armed forces attacked on Tuesday (11/11/25) a vessel in Caribbeanwhich was allegedly trafficking drugs, killing the four on board, as reported by CNN and CBS citing a US Department of Defense official.
“The attack took place in the Caribbean and four narco-terrorists were killed, there are no survivors,” the official told CNN. CBS News, citing a US Department of Defense official, confirms the strike and the tally.
So far, the Pentagon has not issued an official statement about this attack.
Since early September, US armed forces have been launching airstrikes in the Caribbean and Pacific against vessels allegedly used for drug trafficking. To date, Washington has claimed responsibility for 21 strikes that have killed 80 people, including the four in Tuesday’s attack, CBS News summarizes.
US strikes on drug-trafficking vessels are “lawful” and do not expose the military personnel involved to the risk of prosecution, the US Justice Department said on Wednesday, rejecting accusations of “extrajudicial killings”.
