The accident took place late Saturday night (12/7/25) outside a restaurant at the intersection of Patriarch Ioakim and Loukianou streets at Pillar.
A restaurant clients who had been sitting out, they suddenly saw a car coming over in the heart of Kolonaki. The result was that at least 9 people were injured.
In the car, it was reported that it had not been pulled in a handbrake, and it broke on the road and ending up where the restaurant is.

Witnesses said that the car had probably received a parker, who left it without securing it with a handbrake.
The ambulances rushed to the spot and the fire brigade, however, reports that he did not have to help unleash people. The same information says that the injured all had their senses and were taken to the hospital for first aid.
Due to the traffic accident, traffic was interrupted on Loukianou Street, from the height of Patriarch Ioakim to Northern Sofia and Patriarch Ioakim from Herodotus Street to Plutarchou Street in both traffic streams, until the authorities were cleared.
