Alarm rang on Sunday afternoon to port of Piraeusafter phone call to mount a bomb on a ship.
In particular, an unknown person phoned her central agency Attica Groupstating that there is an explosive mechanism on the Blue Star 1 ship.
The ship was to sail at 20:00 from Piraeus with destination in Chios and Mytilene.
Authorities have evacuated the ship in order to check a special section of the Coast Guard – Greek Coast Guard.
