The “Shields” company warns the shipping community of dangers that could disrupt security at sea due to dramatic developments in the Middle East, Following the June 22 blow from the US to Iran’s three main nuclear facilities, in Fordo, Natanz and Isfahan.
It increased to the level of “high” the degree of alert for US and Israeli ships, crossing the Red Sea, Bab El Madeb’s strait and Gulf of Aden.
These ships are advised to avoid routes entering the states of Yemen.
The risk assessment remains “low” for ships that are not linked to the interests of the US or Israel and cross the same maritime areas. However, the likelihood of being a goal is not excluded.
