An incredible murder occurred in Britainwhere a 22-year-old man originally from Afghanistan, attacked with knife three people, fatally injuring them in Uxbridge, west London.
The 22-year-old Afghan, Safi Dawood, is accused of the murder of a 49-year-old man, the attempted murder with a knife of another 45-year-old man and a 14-year-old boy. He is also charged with possession of an offensive weapon and is expected to appear tomorrow Thursday (October 30, 2025) at Westminster Magistrates’ Court in Britain.
The Metropolitan Police said they received a call about the incident on the evening of Monday, October 27 at 5pm. about Midhurst Gardens, a suburb of west London. Paramedics tried to save the 49-year-old man, but he died after suffering multiple stab wounds. The two injured were taken to hospital.
The injured 49-year-old is hospitalized with serious injuries, while the 14-year-old was discharged since his injuries are not life-threatening.
Dawood reportedly lived in Midhurst Gardens and did not know the 49-year-old, but neither did the other two people he allegedly stabbed, both of whom survived.
After announcing the murder charges against Dawood, the Metropolitan Police said: “Dawood was examined when taken into custody and later required hospital treatment following a medical episode. He has since returned to police custody, where he remains pending his appearance in court.”
Shafi Daoud was arrested on the spot on suspicion of murder and attempted murder.

The case has attracted a lot of interest, partly because Dawood is an Afghan national who, when he went to the UK, claimed asylum. “We are aware of the speculation on social media regarding this investigation and would like to remind the media and the public not to share anything that could hinder future legal proceedings,” police said.
The Home Office said the suspect entered the UK in a lorry in 2020 and applied for asylum, which was granted in 2022.
After the incident, Inspector Jill Horsfall said: “Our thoughts are with the victim’s family and friends at this incredibly difficult time.
The incident naturally caused concern in the local community. I have sent a number of officers to the area, who will remain there throughout the week to reassure people while detectives work hard to piece together the circumstances.”
