The airport of Brussels closed on Tuesday night (4/11/25) as a drone was seen flying in the area, according to Le Soir newspaper.
Air traffic control service Skeyes has confirmed that Brussels’ Zavedem International Airport has been temporarily shut down “for safety reasons”.
Many Brussels-bound aircraft were forced to divert and were diverted to Liège airport.
