Former spouses, old partners, competitors and unhappy customers supply AADE and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for controls on high -rich persons, “flooding” with complaints on the special platform of the tax office, which was inaugurated in October 2023 by the then Treasury.
Through it, there is an opportunity for citizens with immediate knowledge of irregularities to make complaints by providing information that has been difficult to do for traditional controls and unclear. Although the reasons for “personal revenge” cannot be ruled out, the AADE mechanisms are strictly considering any complaints about the facts: contracts, invoices, messages, and even descriptions of specific transactions, so that the evaluation is objective and not have injustices.
The reception and management process is fully digitized, from collection and automatic categorization to promotion to the competent services.
