Artur A., the 21 -year -old from a Graz suburb in Austria, appears in a photo uploaded to social media holding a cat, which he asked his mother to watch after “what he intends to do”. The 21 -year -old launched his bloody attack on his school, deadly by 10 people and seriously injuring 11, before committing suicide to the toilets of his former school.
Police said they used two weapons, one hunting and a pistol, which they had legally held. Since then it has been revealed that Arthur, allegedly was ‘victim of bullying’ that left school, had sent to his mother a farewell video just before he was opened firebegging for forgiveness for “what he is going to do now”.
The researchers said his mother had opened the video 24 minutes after receiving it. He immediately alerted the police but until that time, Artur had already carried out the deadly attack at the Borg Dreierschützengasse high school and had ended his life.
In another letter, he is said to have accused school and bullying for his act. He also asked to take care of his cat, which is depicted in the selfie made by the Austrian publicity.
In new details, the researchers said the gunman, who would be 22 years old in less than two weeks, had no profiles on social media. Descriptions spoke of a lonely man who kept contact only with a friend, who did not trust everything.
Nine students were killed in Tuesday’s attack – six girls and three boys between 14 and 17, one of whom had Polish citizenship – as well as one teacher, police said.
A 15 -year -old girl named Lea is said to have been the first of the 21 -year -old victims.
Several students, teachers and staff were injured as the shots and screams were heard while Artur A. invaded his old class and opened fire.
