Downward trends record values of shares In the opening of today (6.8.2025) session of the Athens Stock Exchange, amid a positive climate in European markets.
Investors are gaining part of the earnings of the earnings of shares at previous two meetings, during which the basic stock market had a total of 3.81%, recording a new 15 -year -old, exceeding 2,000 points.
The General Index stands at 2,020.02 points, down 0.72%. The value of the transactions is EUR 28.95 million. The high capitalization index declines at 0.61%, while the medium capitalization index is up to 0.11%.
Of the high capitalization shares, Jumbo (+3.10%), Lamda Development (+1.54%) and Elvalhalcor (+1.41%) were the highest.
On the other hand, the shares of Coca Cola HBC (-6.29%), Metlen (-2.34%), Eurobank (-1.41%) and Alpha Bank (-1.26%) are the biggest decline.
44 shares move up, 34 downstream and 19 remain stable.
The biggest gain was recorded by the shares of Nafpaktos (+7.84%) and Mathios Pyrimala (+6.34%), while Coca Cola HBC (-6.29%) and Akritas (-3.72%) are the highest decline.
European stock markets
European shares have continued their upward trend today at the start of transactions, despite new threats to US duties and amid mixed financial corporate results.
The Pan -European Stoxx 600 index rose 0.41%, recording profits for a third consecutive meeting after falling to a low five weeks on Friday (1.8.2025). The FTSE 100 on the London Stock Exchange is also positive by 0.21%, the German DAX index wins 0.51%and the French CAC 40 0.41%. The FTSE MIB in Milan rose 0.48% and Spanish IBEX 35 0.18%.
