Athens Stock Exchange: Open 0.36% – Losses in Europe and in anticipation of EU -US talks

Mild downward trends record values of shares In today’s (25.7.25) opening to Athens Shipownerin the midst of mild downward movement and European markets. The General Price Index, at 11:00, stands at 1,963.20 points declined 0.36%.

The value of the transactions amounts to € 11.75 million. The high capitalization index of the Athens Stock Exchange fell 0.33%, while the middle capitalization index falls marginally at 0.02%. Of the high capitalization shares, the shares of the Bank of Cyprus (+2.14%), EYDAP (+1.14%) and PPA (+0.64%) were the highest.

On the other hand, the biggest declines were recorded by Aktor (-1.00%), Jumbo (-0.93%), Coca Cola HBC (-0.78%) and Piraeus (-0.77%).

Rising 30 shares, 47 declines and 18 remain constant. The shares of Xylemporomia (+11.59%) and Athens (+2.38%) were the largest growth, while Moda Bango (-9.89%) and Mevaco (-3.33%) are the highest decline.

European stock markets

European stocks declined today at the start of transactions, with investors awaiting developments in EU-UPA commercial talks.

The Pan -European Stoxx 600 index fell 0.6% to 548.16 points at 10:12 am Greece, after a six -week high yesterday. However, on a weekly basis it is heading to moderate rise.

The British FTSE 100 declined 0.4%, falling from the historically high level it rose yesterday.
