With mildly falling the values of the shares In today’s meeting Athens Shipowneras controlled stocks were displayed.
The retreat of the Athens Stock Exchange has been in the midst of a negative climate in European shares markets, which are receding in the aftermath of President Trump’s announcements that it would impose 30% duties on imports from the EU from August 1.
The General Price Index closed at 1,953.48 points, down 0.34%.
Intra-conference recorded lower price at 1,938.35 points (-1.11%).
The value of the transactions amounted to EUR 214.72 million, with 38,229,994 shares.
The high capitalization index declined 0.40%, while the mid -capitalization index rose 0.29%.
Of the high capitalization shares, the shares of Jumbo (+2.80%), Aktor (+1.03%), OTE (+0.72%) and OPAP (+0.56%) were the highest.
On the other hand, the biggest decline was the shares of PPA (-4.66%), Viohalco (-2,645), Piraeus (-2.26%), Aegean Airlines (-1.55%) and Elvalhalcor (-1.51%).
The largest volume of transactions were presented by Eurobank and Piraeus, with 9,010,905 and 7,182,059 shares, respectively.
Piraeus scored EUR 45.98 million and National with EUR 37.70 million.
49 shares were on the rise, 62 declining and 15 remained stable.
The shares rose the most: Kyriakoulis (+12.32%) and Q&R (+8.67%).
The biggest decline was recorded by the Attic Publications (-8.74%) and ELINOIL (-5.08%).
