Mild upward trends recorded the values of shares In today’s (11.9.2025) meeting Stock market Athens, with the market exceeding 2,040 points, amid rising European markets.
The high capitalization was overrun by the shares of Elvalhalcor, ELPE and Viohalco. The General Index on the Greek Stock Exchange closed at 2,040.30 points, up 0.43%. Endocunias recorded a higher price at 2,044.20 points (+0.62%) and a lower price at 2,026.81 points (-0.23%).
The value of the transactions amounted to € 199.08 million, with 34,633,749 shares. The high capitalization index rose 0.40%, while the mid -capitalization index rose 0.85%.
Of the high capitalization shares, Elvalhalcor (+5.21%), ELPE (+3.99%), Viohalco (+3.45%), Motor Oil (+2.02%), Aegean Airlines (+1.87%) and Titan (+1.80%) were recorded. On the other hand, the biggest decline was the shares of Jumbo (-1.38%), Alpha Bank (-0.72%), Coca Cola HBC (-0.70%).
The largest volume of transactions were presented by Eurobank and Alpha Bank with 9,565,921 and 7,146,677 shares, respectively. Piraeus scored the highest value of trading with EUR 39.02 million and Eurobank with EUR 31.13 million.
71 shares were upward, 35 declining and 15 remained stable. The shares rose the most: Elvalhalcor (+5.21%) and Mevaco (+4.88%). The biggest decline was recorded: Three ‘Alpha (K) (-6.51%) and Minerva (-4.78%).
