The prices of the shares and in the closure of today’s session (19.6.2025) Athens Shipownerclosing at the lower levels of the meeting of 12 May 2025.
The market completed six downstream meetings during which the basic index of the Athens Stock Exchange recorded a total loss of 4.70%. The General Index closed at 1,779.43 points, down 1.25%. Intra-conference recorded lower price at 1,777.93 points (-1.33%). The value of the transactions amounted to EUR 184.04 million, with 36,204,759 shares.
The high capitalization index fell 1.35%, while the middle capitalization index fell 0.16%.
Of the high capitalization shares, Jumbo’s share (+1.67%) rose.
On the other hand, the shares of Sarantis (-3.65%), Viohalco (-3.09%), OTE (-2.99%), PPA (-2.71%), Eurobank (-2.41%) and Piraeus (-2.10%) fell the biggest decline.
The largest volume of trading was presented by Alpha Bank and Eurobank with 9,115,158 and 5,504,336 shares, respectively.
National with EUR 27.53 million and Alpha Bank with € 24.54 million.
36 shares were up, 74 and 13 remained stable.
The shares rose the most: Dimand (+5.19%) and a runner (+4.93%).
The biggest decline was recorded by Attic Publications (-13.59%) and Xyletia (P) (-7.30%).
