If someone needed a… pocket for their cell phone, the Apple found the solution: the iPhone Pocket.

Inspired by the idea of a “piece of cloth”, Apple’s new iPhone Pocket product features a unique 3D knitted constructiondesigned to fit any iPhone, but also any small item that can fit in a pocket.

From the Friday November 14ththe iPhone Pocket will be available at select Apple Stores and apple.com in France, Greater China, Italy, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, the United Kingdom and the United States — as well as ten select physical stores around the world — including Apple Regent Street in London, Apple SoHo in New York and Apple Ginza in Tokyo.

Apple works with famous Japanese fashion house ISSEY MIYAKE for the launch of the iPhone Pocket, the original, limited-edition 3D knitted accessory designed to carry iPhones, AirPods and small personal items.

The iPhone Pocket is reminiscent of the iconic iPod ‘socks’ of the 2000s, but with a more refined and modern aesthetic. Its stretchy fabric fully hugs the iPhone, while leaving the screen visible through its transparent, open mesh. The integrated strap allows it to be worn either by hand or on a bag or garment.

As an Apple product, it couldn’t possibly come at a… bargain price. The model with the short strap exits the company at $149.95 and the model with the long strap goes for $229.95.

“Just before the holidays, Apple experts in stores and online can help customers match different lengths and colors with their iPhone, style the iPhone Pocket, and buy their new favorite accessory,” Apple says in its announcement.
