Apostle Season Meeting: Coordination of Ministries of Defense and Climate Crisis under Davakis and Tourna

Meeting under the Deputy Minister of National Defense, Thanassis Davakis and the Deputy Minister of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection, Evangelos Tournatoday, Thursday, April 17, was held at the Ministry of National Defense, with the aim of assisting the Armed Forces and especially the airspace during the firefighting period as well as securing the coordination required between Ministry of Education and his Ministry of Climate crisis andA Civil Protection.

The meeting was also attended by the Chief of General Staff, Vice -Commander (I) Demosthenes Grigoriadis, the Chief of the Fire Brigade, Lieutenant General Theodoros Vagias, the Commander of the DIKAFKA, Lieutenant General Michael Klouvas, the Deputy Chief of the Governor Konstantinos-Savvas Tzovaras, Director of EAA GHA, Brigadier (I) Efthimios Greventopoulos and the Director of Forestry Fireworks, Archbishop Dimitrios Antonakis.

The Deputy Minister of National Defense, Thanassis Davakis, after the meeting, said:
«We met today with the Deputy Minister of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection, Evangelos Tournas and the officials of the military and fire leadership on technical and operational coordination between the two ministries, in view of the firefighting period.

Deputy Minister of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection, Evangelos Tournas, said:
