Accused the prime minister of hypocrisy and lies
The president of the PASOK-Main of Change, Nikos Androulakis, In his speech to the House, shortly after the Prime Minister, in the context of the debate on the ND proposal on the establishment of an Inquiry Committee on OPECEPEhe replied to Mr Mitsotakis that PASOK is saying “yes” to an exam if you say “yes” to pre -trial investigations to investigate justice what the European Public Prosecutor’s case says in her case file sent to Parliament.
Mr Androulakis accused the Prime Minister of hypocrisy and lies for the “technical solution” he had previously suggested by PASOK’s executive, saying that “It was a legal process, automated by OPECEPE.”
He also argued that Mr Mitsotakis knew that there was an organized fraud on OPEKEPE, as Mr Varras, a former president of the organization, had informed him when the then Minister of Rural Development, Makis Voridis, as well as his two letters. “Didn’t you read them?” Mr. Androulakis said and added: “The blue envelopes became blue sachets.”
He launched a direct attack on the prime minister, noting that he had turned the House into a washing machine.
“I suggested something very simple to you: vote for our proposal for OPECEPE and PASOK will say ‘yes’ to the exam. To let nothing fall down. All in the light. But you chose: dark. You are calling on the Inquiry Committee to disseminate responsibilities, and you know that only the pre -trial committee can lead to a real investigation of your ministers’ responsibilities, “the opposition leader stressed, and concluded:” We hear that tomorrow you are thinking of leaving you. You are not only afraid of the investigation of justice but you are also afraid of your Members. You are afraid that they will face their conscience and oath, as they owe. That is why you want to leave by choosing this act of maximum political cowardice. I repeat the dilemma. You still have time to get the dignity of Parliament. “
