In the House was filed amendment of the Minister of Environment and Energy, Stavros Papastavrou with changes to the new building organization (Knockout).
The Papastavrou amendment on NOK predicts that the implementation of the specifically mentioned incentives and NOK surcharges are permitted, regarding the building coefficient and the height of buildings as well as the almost zero consumption of their energy, as long as they are incorporated into local and special planning.
It is specified that:
- The building permits issued, until 11.12.2024, using the aforementioned motivations and increases, as well as those referred to in internal balconies, to the construction of main spaces above the permitted height and the pool -based pool simulation.
- Taxes, fees, contributions and reservations for the above revision of building permits are not paid in favor of the State or the Municipality,
- Taxes, fees, contributions and deductions are refunded in favor of the State or the Municipality for the issuance of the revised permit, in so far as they correspond to the difference in construction due to the removal of incentives and increases.
