August 5th 2024 in Amaliada was the day that marked her Countdown to Peace Mourtzoukouwhich is now in custody in Korydallos prisons. It was the day that little Panagiotakis, just 15 months old, was transferred to the city hospital and ended up a few hours later.
According to the forensic description:
“At 12:30, located in his home in children’s stroller, after a two -minute absence of his mother in the toilet and in the presence of a friendly mother of the face (Irene Mourtzoukou), the child has been nodded. Mourtzoukou’s presence in Panagiotakis’ death was not the only “coincidence”. It was soon revealed that he was present at the deaths of four more infants over 11 years. The case shocked the Panhellenic, with the 25 -year -old repeatedly appearing in the media, declaring her innocence.
But the research has shown the opposite. The data gathered led to her arrest for the killings of three baby – Katerina’s girlfriend and her two children. In the interrogation, she confessed to the murder of her younger sister, insisting only of Panagiotakis’ death that she has no responsibility, throwing responsibility to the child’s mother “in the event of a criminal act”.
“As a minimum of tribute to a child who gave me the light to deal with the darkness of my soul, I quote that, for his death, I have no responsibility, participation or synergy; on the contrary, his mother is responsible,” he said.
Her position has triggered the angry reaction of the child’s mother, who publicly insists that Mourtzoukou had murdered her son.
The first forensic report and disputes
Andrea Gotsi’s original forensic report, Patras Forensic, attributed the death of the infant to pathological causes, stating:
“Death caused a viral infection with mainly the respiratory and gastrointestinal tract, sculpture with intestinal tract.”
However, the technical advisers appointed by the child’s parents disagreed, arguing that it was a suffocating death, a position they continue to defend.
The survey continues
The puzzle is called upon by the Ministry of Justice’s three -member forensic committee, with its findings expected soon. The final conclusion will also determine the further attitude of Irene Mourtzoukou, as well as the course of the criminal investigation of the case.
