Aimed with an annual turnover of € 1.5 billion and EBITDA 200 million in 2025, ACTOR It is full of reorganization of the Group, with the launch of the new corporate structure on October 1st, in the context of the multilevel transformation that includes divisions and setting up five distinct pillars related to the constructionsconcessions, energy, real estate and facility management.
As announced by Group Chairman and CEO Alexandros Exarchou, at the annual regular general meeting of shareholders, in 2024 it was a milestone for AKTOR, as it was its first full year of operation under the new administration after its acquisition. “It was the company that many thought we would not be able to restore. They were talking about inability to perform projects and excessive lending. We were even challenged in Patras -Pyrgos, a work that we have completed and inaugurated within the next few days, as well as in the Thessaloniki Metro, which now works, “said Mr. Exarchou. At the heart of the development plan is the implementation of a bastard of € 4.8 billion (in constructions, etc.), while in 2025 it is characterized by the administration as a year-challenge, but also a critical step towards achieving medium-term goals.
The renewable energy sector is gaining strategic importance, with the aim of operation of 500 MW by 2026 and Pipeline power an additional 500 MW. The group’s mixed portfolio in wind and photovoltaic projects is 668 MW, with emphasis on the development of energy storage infrastructure.
Referring to the possibility of distribution of dividend, a issue raised by shareholders during the assembly, Mr Exarchou confirmed that the distribution of profits in 2026 was foreseen, but clarified that continuing re -investment and organic reinforcement of the group remains priority.
