With impressive maneuvers, low flights and deafening noise, the fighter jets its F-16 and Rafale type Air Force stole today (09.11.2025) the impressions above the beach of Flisvos in Paleo Faliro.
The Air Force celebrates its Patron Saint, Archangel Michael and in this context organized a sensational air show in which it participated with fighter aircraft from the past, the present and also the future of the blue and white “wings”.

Shortly after 12 noon, in the presence of the political and military leadership of the Armed Forces as well as a large number of people who had gathered at several points along the area, the standard air show of the Greek air forces began.
However, the impressive event “opened” with a fifth-generation F-35 multi-role stealth fighter aircraft.

The Minister of National Defense Nikos Dendias, the Chief of the Air Defense Forces Lt. Gen. Dimitrios Houpis and the Chief of the General Air Force Lieutenant General Dimosthenis Grigoriadis saw firsthand the capabilities of the aircraft that our country will acquire in the coming years.
The baton was taken by a pair of Rafale fighter jets from the 114th Fighter Wing’s 332 “Hawk” Squadron, with French “gusts of wind” tearing the airwaves.

The “Daedalos” air show team continued with a T-6A type aircraft and a historical Spitfire MJ755 type aircraft.

It is worth noting that air demonstrations of the Air Force took place today on the beach of Volos with an F-16 aircraft of the “Zeus” group. but also in Tripoli with a T-6A aircraft “of the Daedalus group”.
