Its 4 perpetrators remain missing until today (14.11.2025). burglary which took place early Thursday evening, in a central spot in Agios Dimitrios. The men, after “hitting” the house, tried to run away but 2 DIAS machines with 4 police officers were waiting for them on the way, who started a chase.
ELAS was informed by a resident of the area about the burglary at the house on Antiopis Street in Agios Dimitrios around 20:00 at night. DIAS machines rushed to the scene at the moment the perpetrators were getting into their car. Within seconds, the wild chase started in the narrow streets of the area, as a result of which the police officers were injured.
The latest information states that the perpetrators are members Roma spiral which has “struck” the specific area several times, causing terror to the residents.
How the police were injured in the chase
After the police started the pursuit in the narrow streets of Agios Dimitrios, the perpetrators reached a dead end, unable to escape.
However, the driver reversed and rammed the machines, injuring 3 of the 4 policemen. Everyone is in good health.
The perpetrators then found the opportunity and ran away although the police managed to shoot 3 times at the tires of the car.
Despite the bullets, since that moment the perpetrators remain missing and the police have launched a manhunt to locate them. From the investigation that was carried out, the car they used was also found in an alley of Dafni.
ELAS executives are checking it carefully to find the traces of the perpetrators that may lead to their arrest.
