The event at the “OPAP ARENA” was also attended by AEK athletes in women’s football, who won the championship and cup in Greece last season.

“PAEK AEK welcomed the members of the deaf Pan -Hellenic Group at OPAP ARENA. The tour started from the museums, continued in the interiors and the locker room, and in the end our visitors lined up in the bubble before they went out on the field, just like our players before the start of the games, proving that there is a common language in football. A language that does not need sound to inspire and unite.
Visitors were photographed on the field of the stadium, forming the name of AEK in the sign language, as shown in the photo. At the end of their visit, they thanked the staff of PAE AEK and said they were excited and impressed by the experience. Athletes of the AEK Women’s Football Team also participated in the visit.
Their presence on our stadium was a reminder that the power of sport is not only in victories, but in its ability to bring people with different experiences and skills.
