I went to the institutional general doctor where I am registered to get a referral to endocrinologist, bass and managed to find a shorter appointment at the outside of the valid Charité University Hospital. You can’t even apply for an appointment without a referral. Surprisingly, I learned that the doctor decided unilaterally to exclude me from a patient because he thought we did not fit as human beings (Die Kommunikation Hat Nicht Gestimmt as he said to me, as if I were there to become friends).
We are talking about refusing to provide medical care, that is, a criminal offense. Just because thyroid dysfunction is a very insidious thing that indirectly affects everything, among other things, it brings depression and hypersensitivity, I have been distilled in front of the doctor and began to cry endlessly. In this situation, where I was overwhelmed, he let me leave after first blocking me from a patient.
In the day I made three judgments of those that reach its limits. And say I make a complaint. What is changing? Did I dissolve as a vulnerable patient and remained helpless without even referring to another doctor? Nothing changes this.
Regardless one cannot in Germany do diagnostic tests. There are no autonomous diagnostic centers. Everything is done through a doctor. And to leave my personal adventure and see the big picture:
What is the meaning of a country the most powerful economy in Europe if its society cannot reap anything from this power? If you are of course privately insured or pay for the medical visit yourself you find an appointment immediately. We are talking about visits of around 300 EUR.
I sincerely believe that in burnt Greece, medical services are more effective than the dismantling of the NHS and the welfare state. At the heart of the strongest European country, I have never felt more meteor for my health. “
