Accor, Invel Real Estate and Prodea Investments have the pleasure of announcing the signing of an agreement for the hotel Bellevue Cortina d’Ampezzo as Emblems Collection, marking the brand’s first presence in Italy.

The hotel is expected to open at the end of 2026 and promises to provide a unique hosting experience to Cortina D’Ampezzo’s iconic destination. It is a space that will combine authentic aesthetics, craftsmanship and sophisticated Italian style, highlighting the rich tradition of the region in a contemporary way. The deal on Hotel Bellevue Cortina d’Ampezzo, Emblems Collection, is a milestone for the global development of the brand Emblems Collection while at the same time creating a new landmark in the heart of the Dolomites.

The project marks the principle of cooperation with leading Real Estate companies from Southeast Europe, who share with the Accor the vision of redefining luxurious hospitality, through tradition, creativity and innovation. Designed by the Italian PCONP architectural office, the property perfectly combines traditional alpine charm with modern aesthetics, creating a unique authentic mountain shelter.

The interior study was curated by the internationally recognized Tihany Design Studio, capturing the concept of “Embrace Cortina” for reconnecting with nature and local cultural heritage. The interiors highlight luxurious materials with local influences and craftsmanship, such as aged marble mosaics by Veneto’s Bianco Antico Petra, which refer to the timeless charm of historic Italian buildings.

By paying tribute to the natural beauty of the Dolomites and the tradition of Cortina’s hospitality, the hotel design will combine alpine elegance with modern sophisticated elements. With elements inspired by the mountain environment of the area and specially created for this hotel with materials of local origin, the indoors will offer a sophisticated, emblematic experience.

The hotel will include 80 luxurious rooms, including 27 suites with seamless views of the Dolomites. In its premises there will be a spa of 500 sq.m. With an indoor and outdoor pool as well as three therapies and will provide wellness and relaxation experiences.
