AADE: Upgrade of the application for the submission of contractual technical works

As of today (11.12.2024), the application for the submission of agreed technical works, maintained in the Unified Digital Portal of the Public Administration (gov.gr), is being upgraded, with the addition of a new field for entering the TIN of the legal entity, on whose behalf, natural persons with right to sign agreements, have the possibility to enter the application and take the necessary actions, according to the announcement of AADE.

At the same time, in order to facilitate business, by the decision of the Governor of AADE, Giorgos Pitsilis, additional time is provided for the posting and digital certification of the agreements for the undertaking of technical works over 6,000 euros, by a contractor or subcontractor.

In particular, by decision of the Governor of AADE, Giorgos Pitsilis:

• the posting and digital confirmation of the agreements, from 1.11.2024 to 28.2.2025, does not entail the imposition of fines, as long as the start time of work is from 1.11.2024 onwards,
• for taxpayers who submitted a request up to 31.10.2024 and it was not processed, their possibility to post and digitally certify the agreements is extended until 28.2.2025,

It is reminded that the posting of the agreements is done through the myAADE Digital portal: Applications > Tax Services > Income > Digital Certification of Agreements for the Undertaking of Technical Works by Contractors / Subcontractors.
