AADE: The time for submission of agreements for undertaking technical works is extended

The extension of the time for the posting and digital certification of contracts for the undertaking of technical works over 6,000 euros, by a contractor or subcontractor, has been announced by AADE.

It is noted that the provision of additional time by AADE aims to facilitate taxpayers, due to technical difficulties in the Unified Digital Portal of the Public Administration (gov.gr).

In particular, by decision of the Governor of AADE, Giorgos Pitsilis:

• the posting and digital confirmation of the agreements, from 1.11.2024 to 28.2.2025, does not entail the imposition of fines, as long as the time of starting work is from 1.11.2024 onwards,
• for taxpayers who submitted a request up to 31.10.2024 and it was not processed, their possibility to post and digitally certify the agreements is extended until 28.2.2025,

It is reminded that the posting of the agreements is done through the myAADE Digital portal: Applications > Tax Services > Income > Digital Certification of Agreements for the Undertaking of Technical Projects by Contractors / Subcontractors of the Unified Digital Portal of the Public Administration (gov.gr).
