The 9th Taxation Service moved to its new, modern facilities in Ilioupoli, while it is in a test period as a standard service unit citizen and business, according to the announcement of AADE.
As the AADE reports, another step on the Tax Administration Modernization Road Maps is completed by the upgrading of infrastructure, the aesthetic renewal and the introduction of modern service tools.
The benefits for citizens and businesses are:
- Simplier and faster procedures: processes are simplified and accelerated, with less waiting and faster handling of cases.
- Improved Work Environment: The work environment for staff is upgraded, enhancing its efficiency and satisfaction.
- Acceleration of digital transactions: Transactions are accelerating and becoming digital, covering the modern requirements of citizens and businesses.
- Upgraded image of public administration: The image of public administration improves, with modern spaces and better organization and its credibility is significantly enhanced.
- Improved Service Experience: Procedures become more friendly and accessible to everyone.
It should be noted that the following services are provided in the tax service services:
- Receipt of Lock
- Guidance and service in the use of AADE digital services to complete your transactions easily and quickly
- Vehicle immobilization process (passenger and two -wheeled IX), as long as the registration plates have already been deposited in that recession
- Issuance of a Certificate of Non -Debt Officer of Vehicle
- Granting a temporary vehicle registration permit (M)
Taxpayers’ service in tax services is done with:
- Appointment, which will be digitally closed in the application “My Appointments”, through the Myaade Digital Gate (Myaade.gov.gr) or through the application for MYAADEAPP mobile devices,
- Physical presence.
